Overall Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you no longer need the materials.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the correct exam papers.


1. Digital Products (Online Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final and strictly non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

  • Reasoning: When you purchase a digital product, it is made available to you instantly and is deemed “used.” Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we cannot process returns or refunds.

  • Exceptions: In the rare event that a digital file is corrupted, unreadable, or you have received the incorrect file, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will promptly verify the issue and provide you with a new, corrected download link for the product you purchased.


2. Physical Products (Printed & Delivered)

All sales of physical products are final. Each order is custom printed, and therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items.

  • Exceptions: We will only offer a replacement under the following circumstances:

    • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives with clear physical damage (e.g., torn, water damage).

    • Incorrect Item Received: If the exam paper you received is different from what is listed on your order confirmation.


3. Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical order meets the exception criteria above, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at hello@sgexampaper.com.

  2. Use the subject line: “Issue with Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  3. In the email, please include:

    • Your full name.

    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., “Received Physics paper instead of Math,” or “Package was torn upon arrival”).

    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

Our team will review your claim. If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds in these cases, only replacements.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products, digital or physical. Please ensure you have selected the correct items before completing your purchase.
